Our activities<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our mentorship program aims to connect our participants with established women from similar backgrounds, offering guidance, friendship, accompaniment and support. This accompaniment can also assist in linking participants with existing resources that are available in the community and would be of assistance to the needs of the participants. Mentors who share similar cultural experiences can more easily establish trust with their mentees. This sense of familiarity can help break down barriers and encourage open communication, making it easier for women to express their challenges, fears, and aspirations. Having a mentor who has successfully navigated similar obstacles can inspire mentees and boost their self-confidence. Mentors serve as role models, showing that success is achievable and providing the encouragement needed to pursue their goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
